We were looking for a residential cleaner and we've been recommended by a friend to contact Rose Marie from Sanitell. Sanitell is looking after the cleaning in his restaurant, he is very happy with the service, so we gave her a call. We met, she gave us an acceptable quote and she has been looking after property since. Rose Marie is reliable and we are very happy with our decision. We awarded the cleaning contract for the communal areas of the development which included entrances, exits, staircases, lifts, all landings, communal doors, car park areas, bin areas, and also the ground maintenance. Sanitell started the contract at the beginning of the year.
The first week of the contract commencing, Sanitell sent in an army of cleaners to thoroughly clean the development and since then they have provided a superb service and the level of professionalism and commitment to keeping the development clean has been exemplary and they have continued in providing this service during the lockdown. The residents have commented on the cleaning staff as being diligent and thorough in carrying out their duties and find their mannerisms friendly, pleasant and polite.
